Lavender Inn website on a laptop screen
In 2005, we quietly began building websites for clients who asked. At the time, it wasn’t our primary business line but it was one that had our phone ringing. Our clients needed, wanted and demanded more. How could they increase bookings, improve their online presence, create a brand and make more money? Slowly but surely over the next several years, clients asked for help with email marketing, social media, blogging, updating their current websites and more. They needed help understanding all the changes happening in the industry:
What was happening at Google? Algorithm changes? SEO changes?
What does mobile friendly mean? How do I make my site responsive?
What is HTTPS and how do I make my site secure?
The OTAs are taking over the industry. How do I compete?
Airbnb has to go….they are taking away my business.
How come I don’t show up on Google Searches?
What’s blogging? Why do I have to do it?
How do I get email addresses? How do I send newsletters?
I hate social media…why do I have to do it? Which social media channels do I need to be on? What do I post?
My site has to be ADA Compliant. What’s that? How do I do it?
My website doesn’t work, can you help?
COVID 19 has stopped me in my tracks – what do I do?
