We are paying $750 a month to Vizlly – We are supposedly getting a full marketing package and they handle our SEO and all updates. But – we have no access to the site. We are ranking well on Google but we are now looking for a B&B expert.

Our Webmaster Won’t Listen – We only want to do a couple weddings a year but our webmaster said we need five pages on weddings. They wouldn’t listen. They said there is a “wedding factory” down the road. We want weddings but only a couple a year. What we wanted in that section (but never got) were other events we can and should be hosting: Anniversary parties, corporate meetings and retreats, birthday celebrations, etc. i want a webmaster who will listen. Send me a proposal.

Paying a monthly fee but can’t get any service – We’ve been paying for website maintenance and were supposed to have it made secure because we are paying for an SSL certificate every year. But the site is not secure. The company was also supposed to handle our SEO. and ADA compliance.

Here’s what the company said,, “You are too small to help. We don’t do SEO anymore.” They won’t give access so we can’t hire others to fix the problem.
